Membership in the Louisville chapter of SPJ is a great way to get to know fellow journalists, sharpen your skills, find out about new job opportunities and to simply stay connected. You’re supporting the nation’s largest journalism organization, all for less than $10 per month. Louisville SPJ chapter dues are $12 annually, and national dues vary. Most of our members are in the professional journalist category and pay $75 per year. A half-price rate of $37.50 per year is available for retirees, spouses of existing SPJ members, current students or those who are three years or less out of college. Associate members pay $94; associates are anyone who does not qualify for any of the other categories, but wishes to join to support the work of SPJ.
